Responsibility

To Be Worthy of His Kingdom

” The fruit of our placing all things in His hands is the presence of His abiding peace in our hearts.”
_ Hannah Whitall Smith

I think I have always thought all of us all over the world were and are worthy of God’s kingdom through our free will to choose good over evil.  We don’t always know but once seeking to be aware we find ourselves at a new entrance.

There is no question about right and wrong, good or evil.

When we choose to analyze thoughts we have, we know  the truth.  We can be tripped by the devil to sin, to make mistakes certainly by taking risky chances.  We falter and we understand how others do because we have too.  We forgive and overlook for a whole lot of reasons.  Sometimes we don’t.  Human nature is like that.

Yet, our hearts’ arms spread up toward the sun’s rays, and we begin to bloom from inside.  That blossom is the one receiving the blessings ready to pass them on to others.

I have heard questions regarding people’s worth and understand the jewel in being worthy, being noble, having the merit.  Outstanding humans all over the world without a line to acclaim their worthiness, model noble lives as if already in God’s Holy Kingdom. Keep Reading

Be Faithful

Zac Vanderbusche, son of my dear friend Pam, father of Arlo, and remarkable landscaper on Maui. Hawaii.

To be faithful to God is being faith full on a daily basis, and sometimes keeping a prayer on our lips throughout the day.

“Relying on God has to begin all over again every day, as if nothing had yet been done.” _ C.S. Lewis

It is in this spirit that we can survive the emotional upheavals that happen in our lives.  When we give our attention to our Lord’s promises, we recognize the daily miracles that occur and not so much by chance.  One can actually feel heart connections, the hedge of God’s protection, and even the effervescent calling to complete tasks, to prioritize the important while attending to the urgent.  Loneliness needs to be given up to holiness.  It is the way to the truth and the light as a guiding light to our every step.

I have been surprised and even shocked to hear “I don’t care.”  I care so much about everything , no wonder sometimes I get confused about the little things that matter just as much.  I bet I can blush at the times I have asked God to help me make more of a difference.  Who do I think I am to be in a position to straighten out messes that need not clutter to obscure problems  that can and must be resolved by each and all with complete integrity?  I am me like you are you, and they are they, and together we are us.   We can responsibly do our part as a light to the world. God Is In the Hearts of All

My hope emerged once I stepped out of the box because I felt God in my heart.

Because we hope, we dream more, we envision the greatest good for all the people in the world.  That is such a marvelous wish I wish we could each take it upon ourselves to wish it.  Should you wish to wish it, let  me tell you how it can come about.  It emerges as if in a dance that you set the rhythm for the music felt deep in your heart.  There is a certain excitement to think the improbable could be possible.

“We shall find peace. We shall hear angels, we shall see the sky sparkling with diamonds.”
_ Anton Chekhov

I found the wish for the greatest good inside the red box.  When I curiously opened it, I thought of Pandora’s box filled with the evils that fled to flood the world though at a different time blessings were scattered.  Both stories gave me pause.  I wondered if I should open it, if I should take a chance.  One quality said to be immersed in love and faith remained: hope.  The face mirrors my heart; its mustard seed components glisten.

Hope brings the wishes to the forefront in our lives.  The will aligned with God’s stands to prosper as the stars that shine above a midnight sky.  To light the wish born of hope, seeded in faith, can embrace the whole.  However, we are a measure of the immeasurable good awaiting to be given, to be shared as talent by talent no beam unimportant, each one a glorious spark of joy in service at the core.

God is at the heart of all our wishes for the ultimate good of humanity.  I trust people who labor to do what is best for every American, and still respect the differences of nations independent culturally and philosophically of one another.  Where is the INTEGRITY of the broadcasters who air the stupidly that our President Trump was wrong to congratulate Russia’s President Putin for winning the election in his country their way?  No civilized leader would have ignored the win.  The majority of Americans expect better and want the truth to be revealed rather than manipulated into mean spirited stories.  This is no secret.  Fox News is awake to deliver the information based on the facts and they discuss  the issues intelligently.  The hateful attacks on every progress made by the present President of United States of America hurt the paid pawns.  The followers of the inept will drop. Prosperity, Protests, Drugs, and Gun Control

“I pray for good fortune in everything you do, and for your good health__that your everyday affairs prosper, as well as your soul.” _3 John 2

Prosperity is the cornucopia outpouring the goods harvested from a tilled, seeded, and watered field of dreams.  To preserve the best possibility of achieving dreams, so much depends on the individual, and the support of others is monumental…  How does one become worthy of both?Only self-reliance knows the wholesomeness of personal fulfillment.  There is, therefore, no greater good that can be offered a child than a proper education.  The basic education is the foundation of the future.

A proper education requires master teachers and professors.  Their responsibility is to provide all they know about the subject being taught.  No technology is needed to present the wealth of every subject’s basic information.  A master teacher loves teaching the subject taught.  A master teacher initiates the love of learning in every student.  Reading, writing, speaking, and discussing requires books, composition tablets, pencils, and the opportunity to discover a voice, an opinion, an idea, and the unknown, new knowledge.  The joy of getting the basics appears to have been lost.  It is incredible that with all the books in the libraries across the country, reading is not the number one pastime…

Laugh if you will.  There are those who read on a Kindle tablet and prefer it.  Video games have become the mode of continual entertainment, even for adults.  The music is violently imbued with foul language.  Education has failed to incite learning.  Students are not inspired to seek the classics.  They are fed anti traditional values, including the Christians values inscribed in the sacred geometry of our United States capital in Washington, D. C.  It is an unknown fact.  The search for the truth may not please the inept, the uneducated, the people who have risen to advantageous positions without having the skills, or knowledge to be taken seriously. TRUE Social Justice

I have swept clean my earliest memories as a child.

I mean, I cleaned them out in a pile of dust for the Potter to mold them into a pitcher.  Now that it is filled, I would like a word about Social Justice.  It begins with being cordial.  There is no way anyone can advance a wholesome relationship without the quality of cordiality.  Any ambassador on a diplomatic post knows this card of success in bringing peace to the table.

I am sincerely baffled by the need for the world to learn more about being kind hearted.  Of course, I am even more disturbed by the fire fueled to burn the legacy of the intelligent thinker.  That’s why I say an incomplete education causes consequential harm in our society.  Mark Twain hit the nail on the head :
Every time you stop a school, you will have to build a jail. What you gain at one end you lose at the other. It’s like feeding a dog on his own tail. It won’t fatten the dog.
– Speech, 11/23/1900

It breaks my heart.  Lies aim to murder the truth.  A test of how serious we are in our belief in God and His power, is in our ability to stick to the truth.  After all, He knows all our secrets.  Therefore, to Him, social justice stands for words intended to fight a cause that was addressed by great thinkers.  Had they been taught, what a great difference they would have made.  I don’t give up on educating because there is no greater joy in any soul than to be in the knowing.  That’s where freedom soars.  Teachers and professors carry the responsibility of the nation’s future.  To deny a proper education is criminal.  To oppose those who give their time to better the lives of others is criminal.  To be infested by an ideology that promotes the destruction of our nation’s Constitution is sickening.  The disrespect has escalated and it is time for the educated to be heard instead.  There is no benefit to listening to the inept.  Who are they?  Easy to spot.  They fling mud at those who do the work.  They are the chameleons that unsuspectingly poison.

To be enslaved by the lies that have been spewed and continue to be spewed, is to be caught in the whirlpool of a cesspool.  Instead of disempowerment,we must choose to discipline ourselves to behave in civilized manners.  To laugh at this grain of truth is to deny the power of faith as large and heavy as a mustard seed.  That’s how little faith most of us have until that instant, that defining split of a second, when the TRUTH sparks, and we become what God intended all humans to be: humane. A CLOSER WALK WITH GOD

Down a mile and a half dirt road is the place to go  to think things over.  My youngest son says it’s right up there with Robert Frost who took the road less travelled.  I find it to be a path we take to unload the unspoken silently and let each step sound off instead.  It’s a mental bath to let the tall trees and shrubs do the foliage hula in the breeze, the wind, or rain…The leaves always respond to the senses in the air and give way for the observer to glide along in safe understanding.  There is a simplicity to the natural surroundings that beckons a person to just be less stressed, more relaxed, and overall comfortable.

These walks may have started as strolls in gardens where the bees and butterflies visit by and by to say bye-bye, and the ever concert of birds depending on the hour, still gives me pause as I wonder.  The awakening happens while taking a closer walk with the outdoors; questions give way to answers and answers bring more questions.  As I allude to the inner conversation one has in the process of trying to resolve serious matters, I suggest that to take a walk is to place the truth on the mantle of the altar.

We cannot see things clearly in the noise and confusion of life.  It is in the sought solitude that we become clear and clean about issues of the heart.  I know what it means to let the moving forward peel and carve into shape not just the weight, but also the miseries, the hurts, and the deceptions.  I know how long I was “young” by how long it took me to figure out that caution is extremely important.  Is it a character flaw to plunge forward to embrace all persons fully trusting everyone’s intentions are pure?  Like a child unaware I have touched the hot cookie sheet and saw mistakes in things said many years after the fact, and feel the burn alike.  We are flawed yet we can yearn to walk  a closer walk with our Lord.  It is on a walk that I have seen the resolve in others even if they were listening to music.  I prefer the surprise of the elements because the chirps and whistles invite me into their circles and widens my perspective of things.  We need to watch our thoughts to know where we are going. Angel Paw Prints

Consideration of pet ownership is much like the commitment made in a marriage.  No kidding.  The responsibility of caring for the needs of the animal is after all a lifelong step towards a healthy relationship.  The fulfillment of needs is important.  Tucked in the hearts of the friendship between the pet owner and the cat or dog, are angelic qualities.  Isn’t it love?  Isn’t is compassion?  Isn’t it kindness?  Read on to recognize the star shine owner’s manual.

One’s illustrious daily service is paid back in full by a tender canine or feline soul.  Both have demonstrated tremendous deeds beneficiary to humans equally young and old.  See star shine to this path?  I do.

The price of ownership is in the mix to feed, to water, to train, to vaccinate, to groom, to walk, to keep comfortable, to pamper, and to love as many years ‘till death do they part.  The pet most often provides free fur for all. The pet provides an ever-present affection when brushed regularly coupled with licks and/or purrs.  The “To Do” list is ironically twofold.  Not long ago, a post appeared of cats wearing cone hats made out of their own fur.  The creative master mastered making lemonade out of lemons.  The chase of fur on every surface has made poodles and other like genetically distinct breeds of dogs, popular and expensive.  Cats too must have distinguishing fuzz features to go with varied lengths of tails.  Just sayin’.
